Jim Altig

Jim is the president and founder of MEDI which started as a provider of service and support to the micrographics community in 1980. With a love of technology, Jim has been at the forefront of the evolution of the imaging business always finding the best way for technology to solve business problems. When not in the office Jim enjoys; cooking BBQ, playing in his band, and working on classic cars.

Joe Castille

Partnering with Jim Altig in June, 1985, Joe manages the sales and marketing efforts for MEDI. Joe has a real passion for helping clients apply technology to their business problems. He believes that interaction with clients provides a rich understanding of how our solutions can be implemented, enhanced and repeated for other similar opportunities. In his spare time, Joe enjoys woodworking, cycling and cooking for friends and family.

Tim Gaia

Tim has been with MEDI since 1985 delivering the right solution to solve an organizations record management problems. Tim’s passion to deliver exactly what a customer needs, along with his industry knowledge makes him a thought leader in the industry. When Tim is not at work he loves to spend his time relaxing with his wife and two kids on the boat.

Ron Chernek

Ron has been running the service department of MEDI since 1991 ensuring best in class support for all of MEDI’s customers. Starting with the company as a customer service engineer in 1990, he was soon promoted to manage the service department at MEDI. Ron is a Navy veteran where he was on a submarine crew and worked with advanced electronics. So it is no surprise that the service department is a tightly run ship.

David Wachowski

David has been with MEDI since 1991. He has been servicing microfilm & electronics for over 30 years. He is currently the Lead Service Representative, assisting the other technicians when needed. When David isn’t working he spends his time with his wife and two children.

Larry Markle

Over the last 30 years Larry has held many positions with both large and small companies such as Bell and Howell, Unisys and IBM. Larry specializes in helping our customers convert their analog microfilm collections to interactive digital libraries. He lives in Bel Air and is an avid sailor enjoying the adventures of boating in the Chesapeake Bay region.

Diana Maddox

Diana has been providing technical support specializing in document imaging and content management systems for 13 years now with MEDI. She provides end user support via phone, email, remote access and on site.  When not at work, she serves on the Board of Directors as the Event & Fundraising Coordinator for Saving Grace Animal Rescue of Maryland.

William Orr

Bill has been providing service & repair expertise to MEDI customers since 2006. He enjoys having the opportunity to be in front of customers to help them gain the best results from their document management solution. He attended college in France, he had a chance to travel around Europe appreciating the sights and the food, so even today he’s always looking for the next new dining experience.

Matthew Dudek

Matthew has been at MEDI for 15+ years as a Systems Administrator. He has built corporate information processes and systems both for MEDI and MEDI’s customers, and he also conducts comprehensive training and implementation support on MEDI’s solutions.  In his personal life, Matthew is a multimedia engineer, video producer, and webmaster for THE BRIDGE church, and is a lead singer and bassist in the church band, “Bridgin’ the Gap.”

Jenny McColgan

Jenny’s been with MEDI since June 2005.   She enjoys working with people and is always willing to help.  When not working at MEDI, she is busy being the owner/operator of North American Pool-Shooter’s Association (NAPA) of Coastal Maryland.  She has three adult children, three adorable grand-kids and six grand-puppies.
